Rep. Frank Ferri hosts his 2010 Campaign Kickoff

  • Over 100 people joined Representative Ferri at the Carousel Grille in Oakland Beach for his 2010 campaign kickoff event. Guests enjoyed clamcakes, chowder, cocktails, and live music. Attendance was free.

Representative Frank Ferri has been selected to participate in the Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government  

  • The program aims to improve the participants' leadership and negotiation skills, and educate them about the history of American government and the legislative process

Rep. Ferri announces re-election bid 

  • Representative Frank Ferri has announced that he will be seeking a third term representing the residents of Warwick District 22 in the General Assembly.

Fourteen Warwick Vets High School Seniors receive Rep. Frank Ferri Leadership Award scholarship since its inception in 2009

  • By opting out of the health insurance plan provided for state legislators, Representative Ferri has received a stipend from the state annually.  He has used that stipend to create a scholarship for students in Warwick who will be going to college.  So far $7,000 in scholarships have been awarded to 14 students.

  • Clean Water Action and Ocean State Action have presented Rep. Ferri Earth Day Legislative Champion Award for his work on environmental issues, including his efforts leading the fight to pass the Water Conservation and Competitiveness Act
