About Frank

I am native Rhode Islander who grew up in Providence. I come from a family of Italian immigrants.

I attended public schools in Providence and earned a degree in business from Bryant University.

My first job was scooping ice cream at my grandfather’s ice cream store as a child.   It was there, and watching my parents go to work every day doing piece work in the jewelry industry where I learned the value of hard work. I am proud to have worked my way through college.

I bought Town Hall Lanes in Johnston with my brother and father in 1984.  My father and brother retired in the 1990’s.  I still own the business and provide many programs for youth, families and seniors.

I have owned my home in Warwick on Lippitt Avenue for twenty-two years.

I am the Secretary of the Riverview Neighborhood Association and am responsible for several annual neighborhood events.

I am the President of the National Duckpin Youth Association, the Past President of the National Duckpin Bowling Proprietors Association, and a member of the National Duckpin Hall of Fame.

I belong to the Northern RI and Greater Providence Chambers of Commerce.

My employees and I support many local organizations including the RI Community Food Bank, AIDS Project RI, Clean Water Action, the Warwick Family Shelter, the Warwick Police Athletic League and the Warwick Fraternal Order of Police.
